Event Operations Manager - Goodwood Revival

Picture yourself at the heart of the Goodwood Revival!

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic events superstar, who will take full responsibility of the operational delivery and logistical planning of the Revival event infrastructure and all related projects, from outset to completion.

As Revival Operations Manager, a pivotal role within our events team, you’ll support the General Manager with the sustainable and profitable growth of the Revival event, using your initiative to drive for constant improvement, and creating a positive people culture to assist with the delivery and vision of “One Goodwood.”

You’ll have a natural ability to lead and inspire the planning team, bringing the best out of them and will use your excellent interpersonal skills to maintain excellent relationships with our suppliers and grow networks internally and externally. You’ll be a lateral thinker, with impeccable organisational skills and will be used to handling ever changing priorities with ease.

What you’ll have:

• Experience in creative events and set dressing
• Working knowledge of event best practise standards & H&S practices
• Outstanding previous performance in senior event planning role/s
• Broad current event industry knowledge including outdoor events
• Ability to manage budgeting systems accurately
• Knowledge of MS products (including Word, Excel)
• Proficient CAD user, with a good knowledge of project management software and techniques
• A Driving Licence is essential
