Security Operations Manager

Picture yourself leading our super efficient Security Team, ensuring our guests and teams are safe and secure to enjoy every moment here at Goodwood; whether they are attending one of our events, staying at the hotel or working here day-to-day.

You'll be responsible for providing 24 hour security coverage for all of the Estate's alarmed premises and responses to all 'security' related matters. You will ensure the implementation of security plans for the Family and VIPs and all additional security required for 'events' at Goodwood.

You'll lead and inspire your team to ensure their continued development , maintaining correct vetting checks across the Estate and be the main point of contact for security across our major Events.

What you'll have:

• Proven relevant experience in a security operations role.
• SIA Licence Holder Door Supervisor and CCTV Operations essential.
• Driving license essential.
• Experience in a supervisory role and/or managing people essential.
• Relevant experience managing security requirements for events is desirable
• First Aid at Work Certificate desirable.
• A working knowledge of fire and intruder alarm systems is desirable.
• Experience of completing accident/incident paperwork
• Possess a DBS check or willing to have a DBS check and other in-house vetting checks
