Bar Manager - The Kennels Members Club

If you can create a vibrant atmosphere through seamless service and have outstanding attention to detail, then you could be our new Bar Manager at our members club house, The Kennels.
 
You will creatively and innovatively run and develop the bar business and be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar including ordering, storage, stock control, distribution and sales of all beverages. You will lead and manage a team of up to 15, communicating daily targets and taking responsibility for maintaining high standards of quality, health and hygiene. You will also support the team in delivering an adaptable atmosphere for our broad spectrum of members and guests; whether an efficiently delivered golfers' breakfast, a relaxed afternoon coffee or a lively and buzzing music event; all in The Kennels' own inimitable style.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.

The suitable candidate will need proven previous experience of successfully managing within a food and beverage environment.
