Goodwood is looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join the Digital Content Team and help look after our motoring and motorsport social media channels. You will be responsible for creating and uploading content to our motorsport channels to entertain and engage our millions of loyal followers and fans. You will help with ideation, creation and upload of content to the Goodwood Road & Racing, Festival of Speed and Revival social media channels across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
You will also play a key part in managing and interacting with our community. You will have strong written skills as well as a proven history in running social media channels. You will be excited about generating new ideas and content strands and ideally have knowledge of using image and video editing tools including Photoshop and Canva.
As our events evolve and grow you will have a key role in bringing our audiences on that journey as well as finding new followers to instil with a passion for Goodwood.
What you’ll have:
- Demonstrable experience in social media and community management roles;
- A passion for, and knowledge of, all things automotive, with an emphasis on motorsport;
- Up-to-date understanding and experience in using all social media platforms (mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube)
- Photoshop, Lightroom and AfterEffects skills desirable, but not vital.
