The Companies
PeoplePay Global is a market leading International Payroll provider, helping companies take their first steps towards international expansion. We assist and simplify the overseas hiring, onboarding and payroll process. The candidate will be integral in continuing to develop our “best in class” employee metrics.
V2 Radio is the only truly local radio station, focussing on listeners across South West Sussex with a potential listener base of 3.5m individuals from the New Forest to Ashford. In its previous iteration, the station was the most listened to in the area, and V2 Radio has developed and improved on these metrics.
Fernleigh is a private members club based in Chichester, with food, events and gym offerings. Think Soho House, and Liberty of London, but in Chichester.
The Candidate
We are looking for a self-starter, who will own all aspects of our marketing, with an annual marketing budget of over £1m.
You should be highly persuasive and target-oriented with experience in, corporate communications, public relations, and business development. You will also understand and drive the P&L of this specific functional cost centre, and it’s impact across the group.
Proven track record of success in implementing marketing strategies, controlling planning campaigns, and value proposition development and communication. Creative and customer-focused communicator continually focused on strengthening relationships with clients while providing comprehensive service. Social media, and PPC management is essential.
You will have a proven ability to produce internal, external and marketing communications content featuring leadership, employees and the public, ensuring a consistent narrative and take-away value across multiple formats. Possesses in-depth knowledge of digital communication and CRM. Outstanding analytical, and business planning expertise combined with the proven ability to build relationships, as well as effectively manage competing demands resulting in achieving challenging goals.
