Direct Life are looking for dynamic, innovative and passionate people to join the team!

We are looking for a friendly individual with experience in delivering customer service to speak to our existing and potential customers on the telephone to progress their insurance application. No cold calling or selling is involved.

The role is predominately telephone based, managing inbound and outbound calls.   

Our office is based in the centre of Chichester. However, due to the current pandemic, you will be required to work from home until such time it is appropriate to return to the office. This means the successful applicant must have good broadband and home working space.

The working hours are 37.5 per week, with shifts which would include up to 3 evenings and may include Saturday mornings.

The starting salary is £17,000 per annum, which increases to £17,500 per annum once you have successfully completed your probation period.


About you

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in providing excellent levels of Customer Service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Be IT proficient 
  • GCSEs Maths and English
