About us and the role:
We, Direct Life, are one of the biggest life insurance brokers in the UK. We sell and process life insurance and protection products. We are dynamic, innovative and successful, based in smart city centre offices in Chichester. Due to increased business volumes we need to add more part-time evening Tele-Interviewers to our team. You contact the customer by telephone and gather information about their life style and medical history. The customer is expecting the call, so there is no cold calling. You can pick the hours to suit your lifestyle. The shifts we have available are Monday to Friday evening from 6 pm to 9 pm and/or Saturday mornings (9 hrs per week minimum).
Pay and benefits:
We pay £8.53 per hour (rising to £8.79 per hour once you have successfully completed your probation period), and loads of extra benefits:

Our ideal candidate should have an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills, pay strong attention to detail, are able to use own initiative and multi-task, and be customer focused. Reliability and a good sense of humour are important too. And you'll need to be available 12 months of the year.

Please note that successful candidates will need to be able to work 6 pm - 9 pm every weekday night of their first and second weeks to undergo training. These weeks will be the week commencing Monday 2 September 2019 and Monday 9 September 2019.
