Receptionist
The Oasis Leisure Facility is looking to recruit a confident, polite, reliable and flexible seasonal Receptionist.
The ideal candidate we be able to work Flexi hours will between 20 - 38 hrs per week, this will include weekends, bank holidays, and over the Christmas period.
The successful candidate
- Have exceptional people skills, be polite and able to plan and deliver the high level of customer service to all our guests.
- A natural ability to deal with guests in a pleasant manner ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Have good written and spoken communication skills.
- Confident with cash handling, administrative duties, end of day banking, till systems, computers and other office equipment
- Answering phone calls professionally, re directing calls to other departments, handle enquiries and taking messages.
- Maintain a professional decorum in appearance and approach. Keep the reception and the surrounding areas clean and tidy at all times.
