The postholder will be responsible for providing a professional, proactive, and efficient L&D administration service, including creating and updating tracking records, monitoring and updating internal trackers, and assisting with auditing and reconciling data. You will be the first point of contact for L&D queries from staff and external stakeholders, and you will be responsible for booking courses - including booking venues, arranging refreshments, and sending joining instructions to delegates.
You will have previous experience of working within an HR or L&D team, have excellent I.T skills especially in the use of Excel and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
This role would suit an experienced Administrator.
Working hours will be 14 hours per week – exact working pattern to be agreed with the successful applicant.
The post will be mainly working from home, with some travel to our office in Chichester as and when required.
Salary: £7,244.34 per annum
