The Institute of Arts and Humanities has a growing law provision that takes a student-centred, supportive approach to teaching and learning. The department is currently seeking an Associate Lecturer to teach an undergraduate module in Land Law. Content will include classification of property, doctrine of tenure and estates, and co-ownership. This is a part-time fixed term contract from September 2022 to January 2023 working 48 hours across the first semester. The successful postholder(s) will have a good relevant undergraduate and postgraduate degree in law or a law related subject or a professional qualification as Solicitor or Barrister. You will foster creative approaches to learning and teaching, with the ability to develop appropriate resources for the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Previous teaching experience in Higher Education is desirable but not essential.
