An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Manager to join the Finance & Planning Department at the University of Chichester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, management and performance of the Financial Services function including Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger and the Procurement Officer. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be involved in all aspects of ‘procure to pay’ and ‘order to cash’ for the University and its subsidiary company, providing a high quality, efficient customer focused service to staff, students, suppliers and customers.

The post holder will be an experienced leader, highly driven, self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to help shape and develop this service function.

Candidates should have a proven experience of Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger functions, debt and cash management and knowledge of Procurement processes.

Success in this role is dependent on building good relationships and communication with all members of the Finance department, the wider University and external parties.
