We are currently seeking to recruit a part time Department Administrator in Fine Art to join the Creative Industries team on our Bognor Regis Campus working 30 hours per week. The Department Administrator will provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support to the staff, students and other stakeholders relating to our Fine Art provision within the Department of Creative Industries.

You will often be the first point of contact for students studying on Fine Art programmes, dealing with queries in person, by telephone and via email. As well as providing a student-centred service, you will support academic staff within the team and administer processes to ensure the smooth running of the department, including the coordination and monitoring of assignment schedules and returns.

With excellent organisational skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, you will assist with the preparation of programme handbooks and materials, as well as ensuring student data and files are collected, checked and maintained.
