We are looking for a part time Lecturer with industry experience to make a central contribution to our new BA (Hons) Games Design & Development programme. Ideally you will have a wide range of interdisciplinary skills that could include, though not limited to, animation (asset creation and associated), coding, project design, software applications, production workflow/pipelines, and general games design skills. It is essential you have a good understanding of the history and context of the UK games industry and career pathways. This is an ideal opportunity for an early career professional or an industry practitioner looking to start a career in higher education.

You will have a good relevant undergraduate degree with further professional or academic qualifications at Masters level or equivalent. You will have a teaching qualification or the willingness to undertake the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. Knowledge of current initiatives underpinning the Games Design and Development industry will be key as will your ability to motivate, enthuse and develop students.
