Salary:  £23,836pa

37hrs per week worked flexibly to suit the needs of the Service

We are looking for a Team Leader to work in our services Bognor Regis, supporting the manager with the coordination and delivery of our services. The position will work across three services within the Bognor Regis area: homeless hostel, homeless day centre and resource hub.

You will have the desire to widen your career development to learn strength in leadership and managing challenging situations. The role will involve supervising and providing ongoing training and support for Hub & Hostel team members and working closely with other project teams to share best practice to support our homeless and rough sleeper clients. As well as partnership working with other local organisations and statutory services to manage risks and support individuals with positive life choices.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge,  and experience of supporting people with complex issues such as mental ill health and substance misuse issues, to move into and maintain independent living. There must be a keen and comprehensive awareness of homelessness issues, interventions and understanding specific ways to support people with ingrained and entrenched negative behaviours.

It is essential that you have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of health housing and work issues facing people who are in recovery.
