Sales Administrator (evenings 8pm - 11pm - remote work possible)

Can you work 8pm - 11pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday? Are you well organised with a good attention to detail? If so we would love to hear from you.

We are a small family run business, based in Ford near Arundel, specialising in the food trade, delivering our products to local pubs and restaurants etc.

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to help with the handling of orders coming into our busy office - this role could be performed remotely, or in our office - to suit the ideal candidate.

Your role will be to listen to answerphone messages from our customers placing orders and to enter those orders into our booking system (full training will be given) and help with the process of getting our vehicles ready for dispatch.

This is a busy role in an energetic business and we're looking for someone who will be happy to take a hands-on approach.

You will have to be computer literate, highly organised, accurate, able to work under own management at times, be focused and flexible. Full training will be given.

Requirements for the role:

• Able to work 8pm - 11pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday (Monday and Saturday night off)
• Able to attend initial training in the afternoon for approx 2 weeks (this will need to be at our office in Ford, near Arundel)
• Attention to detail is necessary as the orders are often complex.
• A good knowledge of the food would be an advantage.
• Previous use of sage 50 accounts professional system would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given and this is not an account role.
• Non-smoker preferred as we are a food related business.

This position will require the candidate to be able to work anti-social hours. You will need your own transport to and from work due to the rural location of the business in Ford.

This is a part time position with (15 hours total) with the potential for more hours if desired.
