You’ll be at the heart of our order management process, working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to deliver a flawless customer experience. Your mission is to maximise orders, safeguard revenue, and keep everything moving at speed to market.

You'll be a natural at processing customer orders accurately across multiple platforms,  monitoring performance vs. forecast, and ensuring timely dispatch. 

What you'll have:

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excel expert with strong analytical skills and ability to create insightful reports
  • Tech-savvy, confident with ERP/order management systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
  • Know your numbers, analyse data, and forecast demand effectively
  • Curious nature with a drive to challenge the norm, think outside the box, and find solutions
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, distribution, or commercial environments, with strong understanding of order fulfilment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Highly organised, accurate, and able to work at pace to meet deadlines
