We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our talented team at Farmer Butcher Chef.
 
You'll be a culinary professional who specialises in the creation of desserts. As a crucial member of our team, you'll combine a scientist's eye for detail with an artist's flair, to create the 'finale' dish and therefore the last thing our customers remember before leaving our restaurant. 
 
A bit about us:
Our Chefs at Farmer Butcher Chef deliver amazing quality dishes using local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses fresh from our own Estate Farm. Nowhere else can control every aspect of their produce in the way we can. Our butcher is directly involved in designing dishes according to what cuts are available. This original approach means nothing is wasted.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Experience in a role of the same or similar level 
• Experience of working with fresh food in quality establishments
• Great communication and team work - you'll be friendly and helpful 
• High attention to detail with some added flair!
