Maintenance Operative - The Goodwood Hotel

From guest bedrooms and public spaces to our Health & Wellbeing facilities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every part of the Goodwood Hotel is safe, maintained and ready to deliver an exceptional experience.

We're looking for a Hotel Maintenance Operative to join our team, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the Hotel. No two days are the same – one moment you could be resolving a maintenance issue, the next supporting improvement projects or helping ensure our facilities remain compliant and operating smoothly.

Working closely with the Hotel team and wider Repairs & Maintenance department, you'll be hands-on, proactive and take pride in finding practical solutions that keep our operation running seamlessly.

What you'll need:

• Prior experience in a general maintenance role
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
