Customer Service & Operations assistant (Golf)

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the smooth running of our multi-course golf venue. This is an opportunity to become part of a member-led club where every detail matters and exceptional experiences are part of everyday life.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating a warm and memorable welcome for members and guests, building strong relationships from first tee to clubhouse
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the golf operation, from check-ins and retail to keeping everything flowing seamlessly behind the scenes
• Delivering excellent service at every touchpoint, anticipating needs and responding with confidence and care
• Promoting and recommending products and services that enhance the customer experience
• Playing a key role in the delivery of events, from corporate golf days to a full calendar of member competitions

What you’ll bring

• A positive, friendly approach with a natural ability to connect with people
• A genuine passion for golf and a good understanding of the game
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in communicating with a wide range of customers
• A proactive, team-focused mindset with energy and attention to detail

Prior experience in a customer-facing or golf environment is desirable.
