• Lead and motivate the Downs course team to deliver exceptional standards.
• Manage course agronomy, turf maintenance, irrigation, and drainage systems.
• Champion sustainability and environmental practices across the course.
• Collaborate with the wider Golf At Goodwood team on projects and strategies.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance at all times.
