Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being part of world-famous events? We’re looking for friendly, tech-savvy individuals to support guests with accessing their tickets via The Goodwood Tickets App.
As part of the App Support team, you’ll be stationed at one of our entrances, helping guests connect to Wi-Fi, navigate the app, and troubleshoot any issues. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every visitor.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting guests with accessing their digital tickets via The Goodwood Tickets App
- Connecting guests to Wi-Fi using a provided QR code
- Troubleshooting app-related issues and answering general enquiries
- Enhancing the overall guest experience with a helpful and positive attitude
What You’ll Need
- A confident, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
- Basic tech knowledge and the ability to explain app usage clearly
- Flexibility with working hours, especially in the event of delays
- Adherence to our dress code (uniform provided)
Additional Details
- Comprehensive training on the app prior to the event
- Shifts and hours will be available via your Shiftboard account
- A lunch bag will be provided daily (please update dietary requirements in advance)
- You’ll be paid in arrears on the last working day of the following month
Important Information
We welcome people from all backgrounds. However, due to the nature of the events and the length of some shifts, we cannot accept applications from anyone under the age of 16.
Goodwood is in a rural location with limited public transport, so reliable transport is essential.
