You’ll be responsible for maintaining, safety checking and preparing all circuit vehicles to ensure they’re ready for a fun and safe day on the Goodwood Racetrack. You’ll carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance, log accurate vehicle records, and support stock control.

If you have a genuine interest in classic and modern era cars, and want to do what you love as part of a fully operational motor circuit within a completely unique Estate – we’d love to hear from you.

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair, including MOT preparation
  • Restore, repair and replace components

  • Fit up restoration cars
  • Work on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Support other Technicians in the workshop
  • Record work carried out and parts used clearly and accurately
  • Assess vehicles for future improvements
  • Rebuild engines and gearboxes (desirable but not essential)
  • Follow up on corrective actions and implement countermeasures to reduce fault recurrence

What you’ll bring:

  • A positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • High standards of housekeeping
  • Ability to work efficiently and reliably to the highest quality standards
  • Minimum Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair NVQ or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience working with classic cars
