What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the face of the club: greet members and hotel guests, give amazing tours, and be the go-to for anything and everything

• Keep it spotless: help keep our health club looking fresh, clean, and Insta-worthy

• Make first impressions count: do gym inductions and health pitstops like a pro

• Stay safe & smart: do regular safety checks, pool water tests, and plant room tasks (don’t worry, we’ll train you)

• Bring the energy: whether it’s answering emails or having a great chat at reception, your vibe sets the tone

• A “no task too small” attitude with awesome attention to detail

• Confidence to take initiative and keep things running smoothly

• Experience in a gym or club? Great! Level 2 Fitness Instructor? Even better - but not a dealbreaker!

As our Leisure Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring the front of house reception runs smoothly, offering a high touch customer service to our members and Hotel guests.

With excellent attention to detail, you will keep on top of housekeeping tasks, ensuring the Health Club area is looking highly presentable at all times.  You'll be experienced in managing written and verbal correspondence with members and guests

First impressions really do count and you'll be the one making them as you show potential walk in members around the club and whilst completing Health Pitstops and Gym inductions.

Health and safety checks are vital including pool water tests, safety audits and pool plant tasks

What you'll have:-

• Passion for what you do and bundles of enthusiasm
• Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and organise
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in a member’s health and fitness club is desirable
• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is desirable but not essential
