What You’ll Be Doing
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact
for resolving hardware and software issues. Your day-to-day will include:
- Troubleshooting IT hardware and software across the estate
- Logging and managing incidents, problems, and service requests
- Ensuring timely patching of software vulnerabilities
- Taking ownership of user issues and seeing them through to resolution
- Managing IT onboarding and offboarding processes
- Keeping IT inventory records accurate and up to date
- Creating and maintaining helpful documentation and FAQs
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults
- Collaborating with the IT Engineering team for escalations

Your Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a similar IT support role
- A structured and conscientious approach to customer service
- Familiarity with technologies such as:
- Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint)
- Windows 11 / Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Server Backup Solutions
- Email Hygiene Solutions
