The Goodwood Art Foundation is a new not-for-profit initiative founded by The Duke of Richmond. Set within the stunning Goodwood Estate, our mission brings together Art, Environment, and Education to inspire and benefit communities locally and globally.

We are looking for a passionate Gardener to help maintain our beautiful landscapes and gardens to the highest standards. This is a unique opportunity to work in a biodiverse, art-filled environment that supports learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• General landscape maintenance: mowing, strimming, weeding, planting, pruning, and watering
• Keeping grounds clean, tidy, and safe
• Supporting event preparations and a wide variety of on-site activities
• Working collaboratively with the Gardens team to maintain a world-class visitor experience

About You

• Experience in gardening, plant care, and groundskeeping
• Basic horticultural knowledge and willingness to learn more
• Confident operating garden machinery and holding a full UK driving licence
• Positive, proactive, and a great team player
• Bonus if you have: PA1/PA6 certificates or experience with ride-on mowers/tractors
