Merchandise Manager

We are looking for a Merchandise Manager to join our dedicated and passionate Retail team at an exciting pivotal moment in our development of our Retail strategy.

You will be responsible for managing the process from buy to customer and will have a passion for analysis, increasing profit and selling beautiful product. Working closely with the Retail GM, you will develop range plans, be responsible for forecasting and stock management and provide insight to key stakeholders regularly that inform business decisions.

You will look at retail through a commercial lens to ensure the collections are well balanced, capitalising on opportunity, minimising risk, ensuring all styles have a place in the range, adding value either commercially or editorially.

As the successful candidate you will have proven experience in planning and merchandising functions and evidence of dealing with international suppliers. You will have a good understanding of textile audits and ethical procedures as well as a proven ability of working under pressure in a busy environment. An interest in the fashion space and trends/developments in the industry is also really important.
