Throw the dice on an exciting career as our Property Director, reshaping our residential portfolio, and highlighting commercial opportunities to reflect the future vision of the Goodwood Estate. We even have a Hotel!

You will oversee our property assets, including a growing portfolio of high-quality development opportunities.  As part of this, you will be ultimately responsible for the management and quality of all the major build projects across the group. 

An excellent networker with well-established contacts in the property sector, you will be commercially astute, innovative and enthusiastic in your approach. You will have the ability to build and manage an effective pipeline of new business and ensure there is a sustained improvement in asset quality through proactive investment.

This rewarding role will provide the opportunity for you to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as you collaborate with key stakeholders and inspire a small but mighty property team, to build a deliverable medium and long term strategy.

The estate sits at the heart of what we deliver and is a critical link between Goodwood as a physical and emotional experience and therefore the backdrop to our other successful operations and events.

What you’ll have:

• Excellent project management skills and experience specifically around residential developments
• Proven ability to shape a clear property vision and deliver this
• Energy and enthusiasm to drive a team and deliver results
• An exceptional team player who can quickly gain the trust of internal and external stakeholders and make a meaningful contribution to our current and future property portfolio
• A proven ability to shake-up a residential portfolio and to commercially manage a variety of properties
• In-depth knowledge of planning processes and requirements
