Health Club Operations Manager - The Goodwood Hotel

We are looking for an Operations Manager to support the Health Club & Spa Manager in running a busy, 365 days of the year Health Club. You’ll deliver a fun and unique customer experience to over 2,300 loyal members and lead and inspire a team of 10.

You’ll be responsible for all areas of the Health Club, equipment and first point of contact for our key suppliers. The Health Club includes tennis courts, an indoor & outdoor studio, a busy reception, state of the art gym and pool plant.

Our members are looking for that perfectly balanced lifestyle to help them embrace well-being.  You are well placed to help deliver this and make a big difference in their lives. You’ll actively engage with them through social channels and take core responsibility for the Swim School and Member Events.

You’ll be looking after an exciting range of events and services to WOW our members and guests, increasing our profile and making them want to rush back for more.

What you'll have 

• Bags of positivity, enthusiasm and the ability to provide a high touch customer experience
• Experience within the Health and Fitness Industry is essential
• Experience of managing a team is essential 
• PPO certificate in Pool Management 
• A sense of fun!
